  Beware do not order a spa lid through this mob ! Karen (/the owner )has left me no option but to leave negative feedback on her company ! She is full of smiles ,small talk and more than happy to take your hard earnt money but a complete 180 when there is a fault in your product !! She became rude , arrogant and continually talks over you ! I took my old spa lid into the shop and Karen ( owner knew her employee was measuring it , I asked several times if he was confident in what he was doing and he replied - very !! Karen submitted these measurements knowing her employee had measured the lid . When the lid arrived mind you 5 weeks later and got it home it was too big ! I went in to tell Karen and boy what a turn around she refused to take responsibility in the measurements and on more than 2 occasions in between being abrupt and talking over me said she was taking no responsibility for it and wouldn’t be paying for it to be replaced ! She tried to first pass the blame onto the manufacturer and asked me to send her a photo of the length of the lid the email address she gave me was wrong and kept bouncing back , she never returns my calls and I’ve had enough ! This lid was $550 and useless ! On more than 2 occasions Karen abruptly told me that she doesn’t take responsibility for customer’s measurements!! Ahhhh hello I didnt measure it your employee did and I didn’t sign off on anything !!! I contacted the manufacturer direct and indeed it was the measurements submitted by oak spas that were incorrect the radius was wrong causing the lid to be too big !I rang the shop again and left yet Another message for Karen to call me but yeah still waiting !! the manufacturer was more than helpful and extremely kind and empathetic and kindly re made me a new lid within 24 hours even knowing it was not their fault, I had to pay an additional $100 for a change over fee but that is nothing compared to possibly having to pay out another $550 for a new lid ! Expensive lesson learnt buy direct and save your money ! Do not this company !

  Wish I could give more stars! The team at OKE provide excellent customer service and care!
  My husband and I have been dealing with Karen who has been amazing.
  Our pool had some serious issues and Karen has worked with us to get it back to tip top condition in the most affordable way.
  These guys truly care for their customers and are very honest.
  We also got a product for our spa which is excellent.
  Do yourself a favour and go and see the team at OKE. :)

  Very unprofessional business!
  They are extremely kind and helpful up until they receive your money and after that your left to follow up constantly.
  After sale assistance doesn’t seem to be a priority for this company! Real shame too as a lot of their products are decent quality.
  Will be going elsewhere moving forward.

  Very unhelpful!!! They never call you back and when you ask for advice on products not in their range, they tell you to call the other suppliers. I've spent lots of money buying your products and thought you'd be helpful with my other queries. I WONT BE USING YOU AGAIN!

  Have been buying our chemicals from Oke Spas for the last few years. The customer service is exceptional. Karen is very knowledgeable of her products and always willing to help. We had to buy a new spa cover recently and it was a seamless process. Thank you so much to Karen and the team from Oke Spas.
