I was enquiring about wood stains, and there were two workers at the counter.
The male worker looked and me, and just stood there.
The lady was serving another customer- and he basically ignored me.
When she finished serving, she turned to me with a face like a slapped arse, and dismissed my query.

Took over 30min to get a simple price and staff member in special orders wasn't very friendly. I really miss MASTERS .
